LEADERSHIP

Gary Moulton/ President & CEO

Mr. Moulton is an entrepreneurial-minded senior executive with 20 years of telecommunication and technology experience including founding and growing companies to successful exits in audio and web conferencing, inbound and outbound call center services, and numerous Telco services.

He was the founder and CEO of Glyphics Communications, Inc., which was acquired by iLinc Communications, Inc. in 2004. Mr. Moulton has a strong ability to identify and capture new business opportunities while improving performance, enhancing quality, reducing costs, and generating sustainable revenue gains. He has an exceptional ability to anticipate customer needs, and provide solutions leading to long-term customer loyalty and increased revenue. He served in the United States Marine Corps, received his MBA from Grand Canyon University and a BA from Westminster College.

Stephen Ward/ VP of Technology

Mr. Ward is an Industry-recognized systems architect and business analyst with over 25+ years in Information Technology. He has a background of producing practical, functional and robust applications that have enabled positive & economical business results: from gathering needed detail from the user, through re-engineering the functional business flow to successful roll-outs. Mr. Ward brings a unique set of skills of strong communication, problem-solving, and IT leadership that helps Calibrus provide the unique solutions required by a diverse set of clients.

Kelly M. Robinson/ VP of Client Services

Kelly joined the Calibrus team in 2004. His background includes developing and managing Third Party Verification operations for major telecommunications companies including, BellSouth, Verizon and SBC/AT&T Communications, Cox Communications, Qwest/CenturyLink, Frontier and others. He has also directed Customer Service and Lead Generation programs for Oakwood Corporate Housing, Grainger Tools, Lucent Technologies/Avaya and others. He has worked within the TPV industry for the last 15 years at Calibrus and previously at ACS (Affiliated Computer Services) and understands the nuances of Third Party Verification processes and its importance to the overall sales process for Calibrus' customers. Kelly's responsibilities with Calibrus include oversight of day to day TPV operations, RFP response and negotiation, and managing all customer relationships. In addition, Kelly acts as Human Resource Director and manages employee recruiting, retention, benefits and HR compliance.

Tamarra Mulligan/ Controller

Ms. Mulligan has over 20 years of experience in accounting and began her employment with Calibrus in April of 2008. She is responsible for all of the day-to-day accounting for Calibrus including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial preparation, asset tracking, and cash management. She works closely with the CFO and Operations Director on financial and personnel matters. Prior to joining Calibrus, Tamara was employed by Henry and Horne, PLC. Her position consisted of all aspects of accounting including monthly and quarterly compilations and individual, sales and property tax preparation.

Hugh H. Williamson III/ Non-executive Chair

Hugh graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1964. He served as a Tactical Fighter Instructor Pilot before pursuing a civilian business career. Williamson is a hands-on executive with broad mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance experience. He has a proven track-record in consolidating companies in a vertical market and turning around sizeable companies with major operational, financial, and human resource problems.

He has a broad background of attracting capital, domestic and foreign, including equity, convertible instruments, and different forms of debt instruments through both major and mid-size investment houses and traditional banks. Hugh currently works for Xedar Corporation which he created to specialize in complex and secure data management content and services.

He is a member of several organizations including World President's Organization, Young President's Organization Alumni, Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary Trustee, Denver Council of Boy Scouts of America Trustee, and Falcon Foundation Trustee.

Kent Petzold

Kent is a private investor and the CEO of GFS Technology, Inc., an Arizona State University spin-out developing enterprise-class security for mobile devices. He has been a General Partner of a venture capital firm and a Senior Managing Director of an Investment Bank. Kent has held Chairman, CEO or senior management positions with several prominent international software companies. He serves as a Director of public and private companies as well as faith based, educational and community service organizations.

Kent is a graduate of the University of Texas.

Nicholas Wilson

Nicholas is the Founder, Chairman, CEO and president of Gatestone & Co, Inc., a receivable management and call center services company with approximately 1,500 full-time representatives located in Canada and the U.S. Under his leadership Gatestone has become a leader in credit card recovery programs for a number of financial institutions, various government bodies and utility companies in both countries.

Chris Gose

Chris is a co-founder of CCI Network Services the leader in single-source telecommunications consulting and support in the design, provisioning, and management of custom voice and data network solutions. Mr. Gose has over 22 years of telecommunication experience. Mr. Gose started his career at Allnet, who was purchased by Frontier Communications, and later purchased by Global Crossing. Mr. Gose spent four years there where he worked his way up from an account executive to a district manager. Mr. Gose then joined Southwest Communications, a small wholesale telecommunications company and partner for multiple providers, as the vice president of sales. During his management stay at Southwest Communications he was instrumental with increasing sales from less than 3 million to over 24 million in annual sales. In 2003, Mr. Gose formed CCI Network Services. Mr. Gose received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public relations from Northwest Missouri State University in 1991. He and his wife, Michelle, have 3 children and their family resides in Bountiful Utah. Mr. Gose strengths lie in his knowledge of dedicated services, WANS, IPVPN and VOIP services. "Building customer relationships for life" is the motto he lives by.
