
Our Corporate Offices are located in Tempe, Arizona at the Papago Spectrum office complex. The Company leases approximately thirteen thousand (13,000) square feet at 1225 W. Washington St. Suite 213, Tempe Arizona 85281. Calibrus’ second location is at 7340 S. Kyrene Rd. Suite 111, Tempe, Arizona 85283 and leases approximately thirty-one thousand (31,000) square feet. Both locations are centrally located in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area near Arizona State University and Sky Harbor Airport.
Both facilities are redundant and have separate power generation units in the event of a failure by the utility, we have UPS’s for all network and telecom equipment; we have UPS on every agent station and our system up-time was over 99.999% in 2004 and 2005 to date.
In addition, we have SONET fiber built into both of our facilities; use multiple long distance providers; have multiple PBXs, including fail over switches and trunk groups; utilize multiple fire walls, routers and networks; and have automated tape back-up guards against data loss and corruption.
Using a software based PBX, ACD, network equipment, data storage arrays, and servers, we have developed easy to set up object oriented software application building blocks and relational databases. Because we record everything digitally, our system allows clients to be actively involved in monitoring and managing our services, their recordings, through secure Internet sites, VPN (Virtual Private Networks), and dedicated point-to-point connectivity. By allowing near real time review of recordings and verification conversations, this infrastructure allows our clients to actively participate in the management of their processes and allow them to act quickly to adapt and change their processes if need be. Our innovative front end data input system has virtually eliminated data errors because the majority of the data is transferred electronically instead of transferred verbally or entered in using DTMF tones generated by the phones keypad.
Calibrus provides the stability and flexibility to provide robust business solutions efficiently and quickly. All of our systems were developed with growth in mind. What would typically take other suppliers several months to accomplish, Calibrus’ staff can provide in 2-4 weeks, sometimes within days, depending upon the complexity. We have proven ourselves multiple times through our ability to build new client applications, install telecom and data lines, create custom reporting and staff hundreds of agents in about half the time it takes other companies just to install additional phone lines.
