The Greater Phoenix area provides a very low risk for a tornado, earthquake, coastal flooding, severe thunderstorm, hurricane, and winter snowstorm. Risk Insurance Magazine ranked Phoenix the #2 safest city in the nation in 2005 for having the lowest risk of a catastrophic event. Phoenix also provides access to an abundant multicultural workforce that allows us to supply services in both English and Spanish as well as several Asian and European languages.

Multiple locations provide a diverse physical presence and ensures that a singular event cannot halt all production. Both facilities are equipped with stand by generators that provide the electricity vital to business continuity.System functionality is duplicated at each facility allowing them to operate autonomously from one another. All systems are attached to multiple Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) that are rated and tested to support the systems for a minimum of 45 minutes. An independent, self-healing SONET fiber ring services each facility. Calibrus utilizes multiple long distance carriers to ensure trouble related to a given carrier doesn’t affect our ability to receive calls.
